***PLEASE*** make sure you are ready to take care of a puppy before commiting to purchase one.
*Deposits are non-refundable. If you are interested in purchasing a puppy, please contact us for availability. Once we have agreed that the puppy you are interested in IS in fact available, you may send a deposit of $200 to hold that puppy. Once a deposit is received, we will mark your puppy SOLD and the deposit becomes non-refundable. We will accept paypal, cash, personal checks, or postal money orders for your deposit. If you are mailing a deposit for a puppy, that puppy will be marked PENDING until your deposit arrives. We will allow 4 business days for the deposit to arrive. Personal checks or money orders for the full balance must be received at least 5 business days before a puppy is picked up. Prices below DO NOT reflect shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs ($275 for most areas assuming the combined weight of the puppy and crate are under 10 pounds). If paying through PayPal, please remember to add an additional 4% to the price. *Please note* All puppies being picked up MUST be paid for IN FULL by age 6 weeks even if we have agreed to hold the puppy longer. Puppies not paid for by 6 weeks can be placed back for sale at our discretion with no refund of the deposit. All puppies that are to be shipped MUST be paid for IN FULL (including shipping) by the time the puppy is 6 weeks old. Failure to pick up your puppy on the scheduled date forfeits the puppy and all payments made unless we have agreed to hold the puppy longer. *A refund will be given if something happens to the puppy chosen before it leaves my home. All puppies are sold with LIMITED AKC unless agreed upon prior to sale. |

PUPPY DEPOSIT AGREEMENT

Shipping is $275.00 *(in most cases)* anywhere in the US, this includes airline crate, health certificate and airline ticket. A deposit in the amount of $200 is required to hold a puppy. You can place your deposit by Paypal (add 4% please), Personal Check or Postal Money Order. The puppy must be paid in full by the time it is 6 weeks old if being shipped, and can be paid in full with cash if being picked up. We do not accept personal checks for final payment if the puppy is picked up. It is understood by purchaser that the puppy will be held until at least 8 weeks old if being shipped via the airlines (or as weather allows), or 6-7 weeks old if the puppy is being picked up at our home. However, if for any reason we or our vet feels the puppy needs to be with mom any longer or is too small to travel, we have the right to keep the puppy until we or our vet agree that the puppy can be placed in his/her new home. There are no refunds on deposits. This deposit signifies intent on the behalf of the purchaser to follow through with the purchase of the puppy. The only exception to this is if by some tragedy the puppy should die before it goes home. If this is the case, we will return the deposit to you unless you want to apply it to another puppy (if one is available).
